This course is intended to give delegates a framework for reviewing third party reports, submitted in support of planning applications and conditions.  It will highlight key points to look for in any review, and suggest sources of information that can be used to update and maintain technical competence in a rapidly changing and technically challenging specialist area. There will be several practical sessions involving the review of hypothetical reports throughout the day to practice and embed the skills learned.

Essentials of CLM Proficiency Test

Fee = £165.00 plus VAT or 2 credits

An EMAQ+ delegate who has attended all 5 EMAQ+ Essentials of CLM modules and taken and successfully passed the associated Online Knowledge checks, gaining all 5 credits, is eligible to sit a final 'Proficiency Test'.  The test is designed to test their co-ordinated knowledge of all the aspects of Contaminated Land Managemed covered by the whole programme.

You cannot self enrol yourself for this test.  You will be invited by the EMAQ+ Team to take this test when you are eligible.
