This webinar builds on QSG 3 – Basic Introduction to Local
Authority Functions Related to Air Quality by offering practical advice to help
officers communicate more effectively with the public about air quality. It
will draw on key guidance documents such as the LAQM Policy and Technical
Guidance, and the Public Health England Briefing for Directors of Public
Health. The session will cover ways to raise awareness and get communities
involved, using real-world case studies to show how public engagement can lead
to improvements in air quality.
