the main legislation available to tackle ASB
- To understand how each tool can be
used within the ASB Act
- To recognise scenarios when each
tool should be used
This toolbox talk is designed for professionals who have a
responsibility for tackling nuisance and ASB and who wish to develop their
knowledge around the tools available to them under the ASB Crime and Policing
Act 2014, and how it can be used in place of other legislation.
