EMAQ+ operates on a subscription model tailored to organisations (usually local authorities). Councils can subscribe to various package tiers which provide credits that can be used to book training courses throughout the year. The platform provides an online dashboard for subscribers to manage course bookings, track remaining credits and access their training records. Administrative support is readily available – e.g. the EMAQ+ team assists with adding new staff to an authority’s account or upgrading subscriptions via a quick email process (emaq@ricardo.com).

If you wish to pay by Purchase Order and receive an Invoice, please visit: https://www.ricardo.com/en/forms/emaq-purchase-order, tick the appropriate Tier number/credits you wish to purchase and upload your Purchase Order AND your completed EMAQ+ Subscription Form. When the EMAQ+ Admin Team receive both these forms, we will raise an invoice and update your local authority account with the relevant number of credits and advise when you can start booking. |
